The Queue

For a while I've been contemplating the "queue" of life that all of us join as we're being born. We slowly move to the front of the line as the generations prior to us step away.

A verse I ran into recently took me on the journey for this new tile; Ecclesiastes 3:15, "That which is already has been, and that which is to be already was, and God seeks that which is pursued."

The poppy image has been used throughout history to represent deep sleep or eternal peace. I'm using the poppy image because of its strong life-cycle representation with its distinctive buds, flowers and seed pods.
